Harrow Change Makers 2024 Report

This impact report highlights the impressive results achieved by our service delivery organisations. Through tailored support, this programme has made a significant difference in the lives of young people.

We are delighted to share the impact of the 2024 Harrow Change Makers programme. This impact report highlights the impressive results achieved by our service delivery organisations. Through tailored support, this programme has made a significant difference in the lives of young people.

Through this programme, we have proudly funded 21 local organisations with a total of £226,863, directly benefiting 2,253 young people in Harrow.

Rooted in insights from the HAY Harrow report of over 7,000 young voices, this programme addressed critical issues like emotional and mental wellbeing, physical health, poverty and safety.

Our service delivery organisations demonstrated strong flexibility by adapting their approaches to better engage young people, adjusting session structures, and integrating feedback mechanisms to enhance impact. They managed to overcome challenges and expand their reach, successfully engaging more vulnerable and underrepresented beneficiaries through referrals and targeted outreach efforts.

We hope you enjoy reading about the impact of our service delivery organisations, and the journeys of transformation shared by the beneficiaries, as well as the positive stories of change observed by the people around them.

None of this would have been possible without the vital and generous support of our funders. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our amazing supporters:

  • Deo Duce Foundation
  • ES Broadcast
  • Harrow Borough-Based Partnership
  • Harrow Council
  • Harrow School
  • John Lyon’s Charity
  • Orley Farm School
