Jack Petchey Achievement Awards - Covid Support

Young Harrow Foundation have partnered with the Jack Petchey Foundation to give away 30 Gold Achievement Awards worth £250 each to our members and associate members. The award winner chooses how the money is spent.

To find out more see the guidance notes attached, complete the application form and return it to keisha.njoku@youngharrow.org by Monday 20th July 2020.

This is your last opportunity to sign up via YHF and get some financial support to implement your Covid-19 friendly activities! After this round is complete, we are encouraging organisations to sign up independently with Jack Petchey, this is just your taster! Therefore this round we are prioritising organisations who are new to the opportunity, although all applicants are welcome.

Each organisation can nominate up to 4 young people maximum, who have not received it before, (totalling £1000) and please note - this round organisations can NOT apply if already affiliated independently with Jack Petchey.

Some of our past winners were recognised for overcoming, despite suffering with anxiety, going beyond their duty in volunteering and perseverance amidst bereavement due to gang violence.

The Achievement Award Scheme aims to enable schools, colleges and youth organisations to recognise, reward and celebrate the achievements of their young people. They are designed to recognise a wide range of achievements. It is not just about being clever, or gifted, but about putting the effort in and doing your best.

Download the forms attached and apply by 12 noon on Monday 20th July 2020.

Please don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to recognise the hard work your young people put in, whilst claiming a reward to benefit potentially all of them.
