Community ConneX - Youth ConneX is a leading and award winning West London-based health and social care organisation. We work with people with a learning disability, autistic people, those experiencing disadvantages, and their families to help them live healthier, happier and more inclusive lives.

Youth ConneX

Our Youth ConneX service offers a wide variety of activities that children and young people can enjoy while learning to become more independent. We support children and young people aged 5 to 18+, living in Harrow, Hillingdon, Ealing. We offer group and one-to-one support depending on the support needs assessment and support young people to transition to our adult services.

What do we offer?

We deliver Saturday and holiday clubs to children and young people throughout the year at our hubs in Pinner Green, Ruislip and West Ealing. Our experienced and fully trained staff encourage friendships, bonding, and confidence building, as well as supporting your young person to have fun in a safe and welcoming environment.

We get out and about as much as possible and offer a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, trampolining, dance, football, games, climbing, recycling projects, mini golf, trips to the park, and more! We run a variety of wheelchair‑accessible activities for young people, including scarf and movement sessions, IT‑based games, music and movement exploration, independence‑focused activities, themed sessions, and group games.
