Compass Elevation
About Organisation
We are a free and confidential drug and alcohol service based in Harrow, supporting children and young people aged 5 to 24 who are affected by their own or someone else’s substance use.
Our service is available to anyone who lives, studies, has a GP in Harrow, or is connected through services such as Social Services or Harrow YOT. We offer one-to-one support, expert advice on substance use and harm reduction, and referrals to other relevant services when needed.
Our Hidden Harm Elevation service provides tailored support for children and young people exposed to someone else’s substance use, alongside guidance for families and professionals. We also deliver training for professionals on local drug trends and risks, and offer targeted workshops, assemblies, drop-ins, and awareness stands for young people.
