Football Journeys

The Football Journeys Schools Programme is an accredited youth leadership programme currently delivered to year 9 students. We use the love of football and the language of film to bring young people from different communities together.

Participants will:

• Achieve a nationally recognised Open College Network qualification in Youth Leadership (equivalent to half a GCSE).
• Develop positive attitudes, confidence, learning and self-esteem.
• Improve skills in leadership, teamwork and communication.
• Build positive relationships with peers from different communities and backgrounds.
