Future Leaders is a free, year-long leadership programme that helps you build confidence, gain real-world skills, and make a positive impact in your community.

Each week, you’ll complete a short online activity focused on career-ready skills, university and apprenticeship pathways, or tackling racism and discrimination, all at a time that suits you.

You’ll also have access to exclusive in-person opportunities such as workshops, university residentials, work experience, and apprenticeship placements. We take our students to places like 10 Downing Street, Oxford and Cambridge University, and many have gone on to secure apprenticeships with some of the world’s leading employers.

We currently run in-person events in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield, and Telford, with more cities coming soon. The online programme is open to students anywhere in the UK. Apply now and unlock your potential!
