Harrow Carers
About Organisation
Harrow Carers is an independent voluntary organisation and the leading carers support agency in Harrow since 1996. We provide a wide range of services for adult and young carers to ease the burden of care and improve life opportunities. Our support is open to anyone caring for someone in the community who is ill, frail, disabled, or otherwise disadvantaged.
Who is a Young Carer?
A young carer is anyone up to age 17 providing unpaid care normally expected of an adult, for someone with a physical or mental health condition, learning disability, substance misuse issues, or age-related needs. If you are unsure whether or not you are a young carer it might be a good idea to show this page to a trusted adult, maybe at your school. Then ask them to drop us a message.
