We’re a housing association, social enterprise and charity with a turnover of over £406m and one of the UK’s largest providers of high-quality housing and integrated housing, health and social care. Home group Housing Association manages the Rayners Lane estate, within the estate is the Beacon Community Centre, as part of our commitment to the local community we offer a range of activities and projects to both support and engage the community.

We deliver engaging activities for young people as part of our community well-being work to keep our community active and engaged. Most of our activities for young people come with free food as well as other methods of support & signposting.

We will collaborate even more with a wider range of customers and partners so that we can make sure we are delivering on the things that matter every day. This includes better maintenance, greater customer voice and supporting our customers throughout the cost of living crisis with help such as targeted advice, signposting, 1-2-1 support and financial assistance for those who need it most.

Last financial year, our financial inclusion team helped customers to receive additional lump sum payments of £537,000, helped to increase average income by £4,368 per customer supported and helped customers to access grant payments of £113,000.
