Inner Light C.I.C. delivers regulation-led movement and wellbeing programmes for SEND and neurodivergent children, families, and education settings across Harrow.

Our sessions combine gentle movement, breathwork and co-regulation practice to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and connection between parent and child. All programmes are designed for families navigating SEND, sensory differences, developmental delays and additional needs, in a calm, inclusive and pressure-free environment.

Currently delivering:

• Little Roots (ages 0–5): Tuesdays 9:30 am at Harrow Leisure Centre · Wednesdays 9:30 am at Cedars Children's Centre
• Move Together Club (ages 6–12): Sundays at North Harrow Library.
