About Organisation

Our purpose

Is to provide services for children and young adults with special needs and disabilities which offer the same opportunities that all children should enjoy. We work to ensure the children we support, and their families are safe, happy, and healthy.

We support children and young adults with learning disabilities, including those with physical disabilities, ADHD, autism, and complex communication needs. We provide child centred activities, which are fun, educational, and stimulating, offering learning and development at every opportunity.

Values

To achieve our purpose, we have values that run through everything we do. Therefore, our services are delivered on the principles that children and young adults:

  • are Included as a valued part of the community.
  • can make Choices and Decisions about their lives.
  • are treated with Dignity and Respect as valued individuals.
  • can Achieve their dreams and aspirations.
  • Are supported by staff who are Kind in their interactions and Ambitious for their physical, emotional and social development.

We run a variety of activities for children aged 5 and up including 1:1 support & community based support, holiday schemes, after school and Saturday club, creative therapy & counselling.

We also offer a free service to parents of children with disability related needs, aged up to 25 years living in Harrow. Families will not be turned away because their needs are too complex.
