School of Hard Knocks is a charity that uses high impact sport (such as rugby and boxing) to help unemployed adults find work and pupils at risk of exclusion/low educational attainment engage in school. Our main aims are to reduce unemployment in all adults we work with and improve behaviour and educational attainment of the pupils in our schools programme. Through both of these programmes we also: improve physical and mental health, self-awareness, confidence, attendance and punctuality within school.
