About Organisation

The wïsh centre is a London based charity that prevents self harm, abuse and exploitation of young people. We are a community based model that provides open ended therapy and counselling in person at schools and at our Centre, plus digital therapy, in person peer support groups, out of hours help, and advice and training.

The wïsh centre is a free service for young people ages 12-21 years who live or go to school in London Borough Harrow.

The wïsh centre started in the London Borough of Harrow, NW London in 2004. In November 2018 we were evaluated by the Centre for Mental Health. The evaluation found our service to have a 90% recovery rate for self harm.
