Arts Therapy Group
Explore and get support for:
- Self Harm
- Anxiety
- Trauma
- Depression
- Isolation
Our sessions will cover a range of activities including:
- Paint
- Clay
- Mosaics
- Breathing Techniques
- Body Work
- Visualisation & Sound and Movement
Our new arts based therapy group will be mixed gender and non-binary and for young people between the ages of 16-25
