What
A short, interactive training to help provide support to professionals who have been trained in Brook's TLT Train the Trainer programme. Brook are launching a new session to help support professionals who have taken part in our Traffic Light Tool (TLT) 'Train the Trainer' licenses.
We want to help support your staff to ensure that the quality of TLT trainings is maintained throughout your license period. Within this structured support session, your staff will have ample opportunity to have their questions answered and receive additional guidance on how to best deliver TLT trainings.
This training is only open to professionals who have been fully trained through a license. If you are interested in beginning a new license, please contact Training@brook.org.uk
During this support session we will cover:
- The Traffic Light Tool
- Professionals values activity
- Quiz
- Q & A / AOB
We ask that all professional attend at least one of these trainings during your license period, although, we also understand that this may not be possible. If this isn't possible, please send at least one representative to pass on feedback.
