What

Celebrating Wellbeing

Let us support you to provide a safe space for young people to creatively express their emotions and experiences

Celebrate wellbeing and positive mental health in your students, whilst boosting PSHE outcomes at your school with Eastside’s creative workshops. Our workshops provide a safe space for young people to creatively express their emotions and experiences. We offer these workshops year-round, including for key dates such as Mental Health Awareness Week and Children’s Mental Health Week.

All workshops are led by our expert facilitators and build key academic and personal skills including emotional literacy, resilience, speaking & listening, confidence and collaboration.

EYFS & KS1 – STORY ADVENTURE: RUBY’S WORRY

This interactive storytelling workshop, inspired by the story Ruby’s Worry teaches emotional literacy and takes your students on an immersive and sensory adventure.

45 mins per class

KS2 – THE REAL ME

Our interactive workshop helps students to understand their emotions in a fun and creative environment. Students will use drama to explore different scenarios and “rehearse for real life” by trying out positive-thinking techniques to overcome challenges.

1 hour per class

KS3 - THE POWER OF ME

Our interactive workshop supports students to look after their own and others’ mental health in a safe and inclusive environment. Students will use drama or poetry to celebrate personal strengths and develop a range of strategies for building resilience.

50 mins/90 mins per class

Cost of the workshop: half days are £330, full days are £480.

If you would like to discuss any of our workshops or have a specific request, please contact our Schools Programme Team on: schools@eastside.org.uk or 02070332380.
