What
Celebrating Wellbeing
Promote positive mental health and boost PSHE outcomes at your school with Eastside’s creative workshops.
Our workshops provide a safe space for young people to creatively express their emotions and experiences. We offer these workshops year-round, including for key dates such as Mental Health Awareness Week and Children’s Mental Health Week.
All workshops are led by our expert facilitators and build key academic and personal skills including emotional literacy, resilience, speaking & listening, confidence and collaboration.
