What
Join us for gentle, chair-based Pilates sessions designed especially for those aged 60 and over. Improve strength, balance, and flexibility using small hand weights, balls, and targeted exercises to help prevent falls and build muscle.
Two sessions are available each week:
10:00–11:30 am and 11:30 am–1:00 pm.
Each class ends with 30 minutes dedicated to signposting useful support services for older adults, helping you stay active, informed, and connected.
