About Project

It's been a really tough time and as we all head back to school it's worth thinking about ways we can keep all of our mental health as a top priority!

Alis Rocca, headteacher, mindfulness coach, and yoga instructor talks about how important finding different techniques to make sure we're all talking about how we're feeling - from the kids in your care at school or your own children at home. Check in, Check up, Check out is a great and easy way to do just that.

This is one of our Tips for Teachers Series of short films for anyone working with young children. You can find other films that support children's mental health here on the Young Foundation platform.

Our resources cover also Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Conduct Disorder, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Self Harm and Eating Disorders.
