It's been a really tough time and as we all head back to school it's worth thinking about ways we can keep all of our mental health as a top priority!

Alis Rocca, headteacher, mindfulness coach, and yoga instructor talks about how important finding different techniques to make sure we're all talking about how we're feeling - from the kids in your care at school or your own children at home. Check in, Check up, Check out is a great and easy way to do just that.
