Steps to Success Academy/Pas cu Pas

When

The activity runs from 10 January 2023 to 20 June 2023. The Young Harrow Foundation does not manage bookings for this activity and is not responsible for the delivery of the project. If you have any questions, please contact the organisation directly.

What

We want the Romanian community of large neglected families that live in Harrow to achieve their full potential by identifying their passion and working on their dreams.

• 10 to 12 years old. The aims are to build up their confidence and tackle their emotional needs. Mental and emotional well-being will be the focus to target through the 6 months, twice a month with a session lasting 3 hrs.
  

• 13-18years old. The aims are the same as mentioned above plus talking about safety at school, online, at home, etc, with workshops about bullying, harassment, consent, acceptable behaviour and all the aspects of what exploitation means.
  

• 19 -21 years old. The aims are to build up their skills, concentrate on what needs to be improved, and look at their career choices and aspirations with mock-up interviews, work experience and placements.
