What
Join us for a fun day outdoors helping to keep Stanmore Common green and thriving with some easy conservation tasks!
Join the warden team doing regular conservation work on Stanmore Common. The meeting place for all events such as guided walks and conservation work parties is the car park in Warren Lane. Bring your own gloves if possible, but these can be provided. Tools and instruction will be given by the warden team. Stanmore Common is Harrow's wildest area, so dress accordingly with protective boots or shoes and appropriate clothing which you don't mind getting dirty or... ripped by brambles!
We start at 10:30 AM and stop at 3:00 PM, but you don't have to stay for the whole time and can leave whenever convenient. Bring a packed lunch if you plan to attend for the whole session.
