What
An interactive online session for GP admin/reception staff, library staff, VCO teams, community connectors, local authority staff, and NHS partners.
Session Content:
- Equip staff with the knowledge and confidence to support others in using the NHS App.
- Share practical insights and best practices from our NHS App training delivery.
Preparation:
- To ensure the effectiveness of sessions, staff are encouraged to download and register on the NHS App before the session.
- If needed, we can include a walkthrough of the registration process during the training.
