What
This workshop open to anyone who has direct responsibility for fundraising, regardless of the size of your organisation and whether your role is paid or unpaid. In this difficult funding climate, voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations are having to come up with new strategies on how to sustain their services.
This session will cover:
- Diversifying your income
- The income spectrum
- Fundraising relationships
- Identify current and potential income streams
This is an opportunity to develop skills, gain knowledge and share experiences.
