About Project

++ Temporarily Suspended due to Covid 19++

As part of the new Heads Up Harrow project, Paiwand provides a programme of 3-6 tailored workshops around emotional wellbeing for young refugees, asylum seekers and migrants.

The interactive sessions help young people gain the skills to improve and maintain good mental health.

The groups are run by a trained psychotherapist with specialist knowledge of issues facing refugee communities including trauma, grief, loss, PTSD, depression and self-harm.

The groups can be provided in community based languages including Farsi and Pashto.

Dates and times will be arranged with schools, to take place during or after the school day. Please complete the enquiry form and one of the team will be in touch with you.
