What
One-to-one guidance on CVs, interviews, UCAS, apprenticeships, and workplace skills. Provides advocacy and transition support into adult services either in school or out depending on young person (Young adult carers (16–25) and older school-age carers).
Please note you must be registered with Harrow Carers prior to attending any of our sessions.
What is a young carer?
A young carer is someone aged under 18 and who cares for a friend or family member who, due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support.
If you live or attend education in Harrow and think you may be a young carer get in touch with the young carers team to speak with one of our youth workers to see how we are able to support you.
