What

At this time of uncertainty and unprecedented change within our community and wider society, Emotional Warriors are focused on facilitating emotional support for those who are supporting the most vulnerable individuals and groups. As fully qualified therapists, the A Team, can provide a much-needed emotional support system for those on the frontline. If you are providing support for others, it is imperative to take the time to invest in you and look after your Emotional health and wellbeing. Taking care of yourself will enable you to carry on giving the invaluable support that you are providing in these challenging times. “You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first.” – Unknown Whether you need to talk things through, offload, be heard, validated, share your day or just be acknowledged, we are offering a dedicated, safe and confidential space for you. This can be a one-off session or a continued source of support during this period of crisis. Our Empower sessions are delivered by Zoom or over the phone, you decide. One of the ‘A’ Team, Ami or Ashley, will facilitate your session and it will be focused completely on your individual needs. Our Empower hour normally costs £147, however in this time of need we are offering people the opportunity of a 15 or 30 minute session with a fully qualified therapist for just £10 or £20 respectively. We have allotted specific time slots during the week for the coming months so we can support as many people as possible.
