Every scholar receives a full year of support, enrichment, and connection designed to build confidence, skills, and ambition. Flexible, accessible, and designed to fit around school and life, every strand includes 1:1 mentoring, group sessions and a residential at a top university

One-week summer residential at a top University

Five days of campus tours, workshops, seminars, corporate enterprise days, enrichment activities, life skills, oracy, ICT, and management training. Additional 4 day STEM residential for years 8 and above.

• 12 hours of group mentoring. Focused on teamwork, communication, identity, and personal growth.
• 12 hours of one-to-one mentoring. Tailored support to explore goals, build confidence, and plan next steps.
• A laptop or tablet for each scholar. To support learning, access sessions, and build digital skills.
• Experienced, trauma-informed staff. Our team understands care experience and creates safe, inclusive spaces backed by decades of hands on expertise in schools, youth work, and education leadership.
• Access to enrichment resources. Including career insights, study tips, wellbeing tools, and alumni stories.
• Open contact with professionals and carers. We work together to support each scholar’s goals and aspirations—building trust, clarity, and shared success.
