ESM Young People’s Therapeutic Empowerment groups are here for you, if…
You want to work on your emotional Health.
You know you need support right now.
You want a safe space to talk about your experiences, your thoughts, and feelings.
You want to take control of your emotions and thoughts, rather than being controlled by them.
You want to build on your emotional skills, coping skills and resilience.
You want to hear other young people’s stories and, connect with others who may be going through similar experiences to you or facing similar issues.
You want to learn how to take care of your mental health.
You are ready to help yourself want to understand how you can do that.
Groups are run by the A Team, Ami & Ashley; qualified therapists, who have supported well over 4000 children, young people and adults since 2008.
Each group will have a maximum of 6 young people in it and will run in 8-week blocks, on a weekly basis, via Zoom.
We will cover different topics every week and there will be space for you to share your story and struggles.
We will provide you with activities and tools to support you during and between sessions. This can be via email or post.
