An optional parent and carer session supports routines, sleep, expectations and communication during exam season.
This is a preventative, practical programme designed to support students during high-pressure academic periods. Sessions are grounded, developmentally appropriate and focused on what actually helps in the moment.

- Feel more confident under pressure
- Improve focus and emotional regulation
- Feel more able to ask for support when needed
It is designed to complement existing pastoral and academic support within school.
- A quiet, private room for weekly sessions
- A named staff link (e.g., SENCO, DSL, Pastoral Lead)
- Support identifying appropriate children
- Timetabled session slot agreed in advance
