The sessions are fun, friendly and can help with stress and if you feel under pressure or anxious. No special skills needed.

LESS STRESS MORE ZEST!

Wellbeing & Mindfulness 30-minute Zoom Sessions: 5pm-5.30pm every Friday

LESS ANXIETY… MORE CALM

These sessions will help if you have…

• Anxiety

• Stress

• Worries

LESS THINKING… MORE HEADSPACE!

These sessions will help if you have…

•Lots of thoughts going around in your head

•Worries about school work

LESS PRESSURE… MORE FUN!

The sessions are…

• Relaxed and friendly

• Simple to do

• A lot of fun too!

And… you won't be asked question in front of the group. During the online session we will practise some simple breathing and relaxation exercises. These are easy to do, it doesn't matter if you've done them before or never tried them.

You don’t have to have your camera on during the session – some people do and some don’t and either is fine

This isn't a course - so you can join us online every week, or just now and again.
