About Project

ZOOM SESSIONS: 5pm-5.30pm WEEKLY ON FRIDAYS

These 30 minute Mindfulness Sessions are suitable for everyone and ideal to learn simple, but powerful, relaxation & Stress Management techniques such as, breathing, mindfulness, visualisation & guided relaxation.

Perfect to help reduce stress, anxiety, improve wellbeing and to wind into the weekend

No special skills needed. Fun, friendly sessions.

This is not a course so you can attend one week or every week!
