What
Fit for Sport has organised a HAF programme to support children and young people with a wide variety of games and activities to promote inclusion, participation, creativity, learning, well-being and happiness. Their goal is to empower and educate children to be considerate and actively participate in inclusive decision-making, taking into consideration others around them including allergens and nutritional benefits of food.
They have developed a multi-activity programming to ensure no day is ever the same, with activities split across seven new & exciting categories: Creative inventors, Globe Trotters, Super Sports, Power Teams, Zen Masters, Brain Boosters & Splash Zone.
WHAT'S ON:
- Arts & Crafts
- Wall Climbing / Indoor Rock Climbing
- Code Breaking, puzzles and captivating games
- Football (Including activities provided by FA for inclusion and participation – Disney, Pixar and Marvel football activities)
- Group Team Building/ Movement Activities
- Mindfulness Yoga and wellness workshops
ABOUT THE HOLIDAY, ACTIVITIES AND FOOD (HAF) PROGRAMME
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is a Department for Education (DfE) funded programme of activities for children and young people aged 5-16 years, during the school holidays (Winter, Easter, and Summer). The programme offers a range of activities in Harrow, including some specialist SEND provisions. Places are free for children who meet the criteria, and a free nutritious meal is provided at each programme. More about the programme.
