This is a hybrid programme; some sessions will be online, and others will be in person.
What
The Apprenticeship Accelerator is a 5-week hybrid programme designed to give you the ultimate head start. No more "application ghosting" we’re giving you the direct links to employers, the skills to stand out, and the confidence to land your dream apprenticeship.
Workshops and Events
The programme includes four workshops delivered both online and in person:

Understanding Apprenticeships
An introductory session that demystifies apprenticeships and explores how they can lead to long-term career pathways. -
Application Ready
A practical employability workshop covering CV writing, online applications, and interview preparation. -
Employer Insight
A real-world insight session where participants hear directly from employers about work-based learning, expectations, and how to stand out in applications. -
Confidence, Communication and Resilience
A focused session supporting self-belief, confidence, and communication skills.
Outcomes for Young People
By the end of the programme, participants will be supported to:

- 22nd Sept. What's Next? Explore careers & Apprenticeships (In-person)
- 29th Sept. Fix your CV: Structure, applications + AI with an employer expert. (In-person)
- 6th Oct. Ace your interview: Interview practice + advice from an apprentice. (In-person)
- 13th Oct. Make your move: Create a practical next steps plan. (Online)
- 17th Oct. Apprentice Discovery Day. This is an in-person event designed to connect young people directly with local employers and apprenticeship providers. The event will feature panel discussions, Q&A sessions, networking opportunities, and refreshments, enabling participants to turn learning into action and establish tangible connections to apprenticeship opportunities. (In-person)
