Harrow Cove - Mental Health Support
About Project
HARROW COVE IS A COMMUNITY-BASEDIS ALTERNATIVE SERVICE, PROVIDED BY HESTIA ON BEHALF OF CENTRAL AND NORTH WEST LONDON (CNWL) NHS FOUNDATION TRUST, OFFERING NON-CLINICAL SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING A CRISIS OR MENTAL HEALTH DISTRESS, FOLLOWED BY THE IDENTIFIED CNWL SERVICES.
We are safe, inviting, and inclusive space for individuals who are struggling to cope with their mental health and daily life. On meeting with young adults we aim to support them to reduce their immediate anxiety and distress. We can help to create a safety plan using their strengths, skills, resilience and coping mechanisms to continue their journey towards recovery. We also run group sessions in order to help build their confidence and the chance to make new friends like mindfulness, arts and crafts, and lunch club. Young adult residents of Harrow (aged 16+) can just turn up, with no appointment necessary.
- Open 2-10 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
