Important Booking Information Our clubs operate as structured 12-week programmes, meaning sessions are booked as a full term rather than weekly drop-ins.
This allows participants to build confidence, develop skills and progress through the programme safely. Places are limited to 12 participants per session and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions often fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.

After booking, you will receive an invitation to join TeamApp, our main communication platform. All updates, session information, and important documents will be shared there.
