What
HeadsUp Harrow is a partnership of 5 local charities providing specialized mental health services to 11-25-year olds who face additional barriers to accessing support.
We work with young people who either live or go to school in Harrow and would benefit from support in one of the following specialisms:
- have a diagnosis of ADHD or Autism (the Centre for ADHD & Autism Support)
- are LGBTQ+ or are questioning their sexuality and/or gender (Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons Trust)
- are from a refugee or asylum-seeking family, or are an unaccompanied minor (Paiwand)
- self-harm (The wish centre)
You may be able to access 1-1 therapy, counseling or mentoring; group therapy including art therapy, group courses; activities, youth club, or volunteering.
