What
Good relationships shape our health and happiness, but we are taught so little about them
We provide FREE Workshops for young people aged 11-24 to learn about healthy and unhealthy relationships. Our work empowers them with the tools and confidence to start honest and important conversations and keep themselves and their friends safe.
Our workshops:
We offer four workshop topics – each workshop can be delivered as a stand-alone workshop, or can be combined with others to create a wider programme for your organisation
- Introducing the 10 Signs
Through group discussion, real-life scenarios, and self-reflection, young people learn the 10 signs of a healthy/unhealthy relationship and develop practical tools and strategies to help themselves and others. We recommend that this workshop is a starting point for all young people’s relationship education.
- Delving Deeper
Having learned about the 10 Signs, this workshop offers young people the opportunity to explore the signs in different contexts, applying critical thinking skills and a problem-solving approach. Often, in this workshop the young people in the room will choose the signs they want to explore in more detail, allowing them an opportunity to discuss issues that are most relevant to their situation right now.
- Intimate Image Abuse
This workshop gives young people a deeper understanding of the consequences of sharing intimate images and equips them with strategies to protect themselves.
- Pornography
This workshop challenges young people to think about pornography differently, debunks widely held myths and examines how porn really affects them and their relationships.
How it works:
- 2 hours long
- Open to all young people between the ages of 11-24
- We can deliver the workshop for groups of up to 30 students
- Free for state schools, small charities and community organisations (for 300 students)
- Flexible, allowing for different needs, interests and timetables

Feedback from Schools:
The Deputy Principal of Harris Bermondsey Academy told us how their LMK workshops helped the teaching staff realise what was possible in their school.
“The expertise, the delivery and the powerful knowledge from the facilitators … allowed for us to identify what we needed to explore with our students after LMK left. They were able to tap into a different type of dialogue with our students and explore key concepts and issues that we might not have been able to identify because staff would not have known how to explore these concepts in depth.”
