About Project
Joy Sports has organised a HAF programme where their main focus is to make sure that children socialised, play and learn together in the diverse camp. eat healthily, play lots of sports and enjoy activities. Apart from the sports, dance, gymnastics and athletics activities we want to do things like problem-solving, cognitive games, orienteering, puzzles, games through smart boards, chess, Carrom, motor skills, leadership, origami, debates clubs etc
Activities are grouped into the following programme categories:
- Multi-sports i.e. Gymnastics, Dance, Different Sports, Quizzes, Origami, Art & Craft, Soft Archery, Talent show, Treasure Hunt, Life Skills, Painting, etc.
- Cognitive games, i.e. Problem Solving, Leadership, Competitions, Drill, etc.
- Yoga sessions
Children on Free School Meals can attend the follow sessions:
- 9am–1pm = FREE
- 9am–5pm = £5.00
ABOUT THE HOLIDAY, ACTIVITIES AND FOOD (HAF) PROGRAMME
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is a Department for Education (DfE) funded programme of activities for children and young people aged 5-16 years, during the school holidays (Winter, Easter, and Summer). The programme offers a range of activities in Harrow, including some specialist SEND provisions. Places are free for children who meet the criteria, and a free nutritious meal is provided at each programme. More about the programme.
