What
Me & Money is a programme fully co-produced by young people. It helps young people (14–18-year-olds) explore the relationships between mental health and money by exploring the complex interplay between values, beliefs, attitudes, thoughts, and behaviours in relation to money. Through two engaging workshops, participants learn to manage financial stress, understand spending habits, and build the foundation of a healthy relationship with money.
The programme’s three main objectives are to:
- Provide young people with an understanding of the interconnection between money and mental health.
- Empower young people by supporting them to understand how our attitudes towards money can influence our thoughts and behaviours.
- Equip young people with a suite of resilience-building skills and tools related to money, which they can use to support themselves, now and in the future.
We currently have two workshops on offer. Organisations can choose to book one as a standalone, or both as a package. They can be delivered online or face-to-face.
