Growing a tiny human is a full-time job, and your brain is working overtime—planning, prepping, and picturing life with your little one. But what if you took an hour just for you?
Join the wonderful Noreen every Monday evening for a soothing, soul-refreshing session designed to help you pause, breathe, and reset. With her calming voice and gentle guidance, you’ll release tension, ease anxiety, and feel more centred for the journey ahead.
