What
The Premier League Primary Stars programme has three offers to schools across Hertfordshire and Harrow
Premier League Primary Stars is the Premier League’s primary school education programme. Funded by the Premier League, through the Premier League Charitable Fund, the programme uses the appeal of football to help children be active and develop essential life skills.
Here at the Trust, we deliver Premier League Primary Stars locally across Hertfordshire and Harrow, offering a range of primary school education programmes. Highly trained Trust coaches work with teachers to deliver fun, educational sessions in a range of subjects within partner schools. All sessions promote the Premier League values, which encourage children to:
- Be ambitious – work hard and never give up on their goals.
- Be inspiring – set a great example to others.
- Be connected – work well with others in a team.
- Be fair – treat people equally and think of others.
Premier League Primary Stars PE is a unique teacher education programme aiming to increase the knowledge, confidence, and skills of teachers in delivering high-quality PE lessons.
Trust coaches work alongside teachers, providing individualised support through practical PE lessons and resources to improve PE delivery. Premier League Primary Stars non-PE lessons cover English, Maths, PSHE and Social Action. Using the power of football to increase engagement and inspire a love for learning.
