About Project

This is a 6 week program which can be ran digitally or face to face. There is also a list of things that can be provided as a self care pack at the beginning of the program.
The program is put together by young people that have lived experiences at wish. It contains weekly self-care and positive mental health tasks to build emotional resilience and quick tips for anxiety and self harm distractions.
Weekly tasks & tips to get young people through the long summer or back to school.
Including:
- Self Harm distraction tips
- Anxiety & Breathing Techniques
- Weekly tasks for Self Care & Self Growth
- Ideas for coping strategies when things feel tough.
