What

Free Women's (18+) Self Defence Sessions

  • Date: Wednesday 10 December
  • Time: 5pm or 6.30pm

As part of the 16 Days of Activism, we’re offering two free self-defence workshops for women aged 18+ living in Harrow.

Led by a female martial artist and security expert from Women’s Self-Defense UK, these hands-on sessions are designed to help you:

  • Build confidence
  • Learn practical techniques
  • Feel empowered to protect yourself

No experience? No problem. These sessions are supportive, inclusive, and tailored for all fitness levels.

Classes will last for one hour.

16 Days of Activism is an international campaign against gender-based violence that runs annually from 25 November (International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women) to 10 December (Human Rights Day). It aims to raise awareness of and encourage action against all forms of violence against women and girls.
