About Project

Suicide Prevention: Explore, Ask, Keep-Safe SP-EAK sessions are half day trainings that allow participants to learn vital suicide prevention skills. What happens at SP-EAK Sessions? SP-EAK sessions are interactive workshops allowing participants to have an open and honest conversation about suicide and learn not only to spot the signs that someone might be struggling but also how to ask the question of suicide and to support someone’s safety.
