What
About STEM Camp...
This six-week program introduces students to coding using CS First, a beginner-friendly language. They'll then apply their CS skills to build, assemble, and program a robot using Scratch, a block-based coding platform. Each student will receive their own robotics kit to take home. The pilot program is completely free for schools and includes all necessary materials. The goal is to make learning STEM fun and engaging while fostering a passion for technology
The Maths Society (TMS) is experienced at delivering STEM coding / robotics clubs for children in year 4-8 in after school settings. If schools would like to start a club, we would jointly apply for grant funding to run the club and ensure it is free or heavily subsidised to access for children who are in receipt of income-tested free school meals.
