This session is intended to give an overview and introduction to Stress Management, Relaxation and Mindfulness.
Topics Include:
- Understanding of the nature & causes of stress
- Managing Stress when working from home
- Introduction to Mindfulness
- Breathing, Relaxation, Visualisation & Meditation techniques
This will be a participative session, with practical exercises. No experience needed
