What
We offer FREE specialised therapeutic services designed to support children and young adults on the autism spectrum, with learning disabilities, ADHD, and their families, including siblings, parents, and carers. Our goal is to enhance well-being, build resilience, and foster understanding within the family unit.
Counselling Services
Our qualified counsellors provide a safe and confidential space to explore and address various challenges, including:
- Family Dynamics: Supporting families as they navigate the complexities of autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities, aiming to prevent family breakdown and reduce stress-related health issues.
- Understanding Neurodiversity: Helping individuals and families gain a deeper understanding of autism, ADHD, and other learning disabilities, promoting acceptance and effective coping strategies.
- Emotional Well-being: Helping to manage emotional difficulties, build resilience, and enhance self-esteem.
- Bullying and Social Challenges: Addressing experiences of bullying, social isolation, and building confidence and social skills.
We offer flexible counselling options, including individual sessions, couple counselling, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.
Creative Therapy
Our creative therapy sessions provide a non-intrusive approach to self-expression and healing, using mediums such as drawing, painting, play, and sand tray work. This approach is particularly effective for:
- Young children and young people: enabling them to process emotions, understand how their disabilities affect them, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
- Families: Helping communication and strengthening relationships through shared creative experiences.
