What

Unique Community in partnership with the Early Support/Youth Offending team based at Wealdstone Youth Centre has organised a HAF programme for children and young people in Harrow. We will explore the subject matter through a series of arts activities with the presence of an art therapist. The sessions will centre around the concept of a “Monster” and how they come to be. Unique Community will explore this through a fictional story but have moments throughout the three days where to reflect upon the relevance of current events.

ABOUT THE HOLIDAY, ACTIVITIES AND FOOD (HAF) PROGRAMME

The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is a Department for Education (DfE) funded programme of activities for children and young people aged 5-16 years, during the school holidays (Winter, Easter, and Summer). The programme offers a range of activities in Harrow, including some specialist SEND provisions. Places are free for children who meet the criteria, and a free nutritious meal is provided at each programme. More about the programme.
