What
These 2-hour workshops offer a unique blend of therapeutic art and community connection, helping you explore and manage your emotions through creative expression. With over a decade of experience supporting hundreds of people, the sessions are designed to help you build confidence in expressing yourself while creating a safe, supportive space for emotional exploration.

What to expect
Workshops include a combination of:

Together, these approaches help you better understand your thoughts and feelings and develop healthy ways to respond to everyday challenges. Children and young people under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
