What

WHTW Mentoring works alongside schools to bridge the gap between education and emotional well-being. We support students who need additional emotional and behavioural guidance but may not engage with or qualify for traditional clinical services. Our structured, psychology-informed 1:1 mentoring targets key school-based challenges including:

  • Low self-esteem and confidence
  • Difficulties with emotional regulation and anger
  • Relationship and friendship dynamics
  • Disengagement and challenging behaviour

Grounded in evidence-based frameworks—such as Person-Centred Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT), and Attachment-Informed approaches—our mentoring is relatable, consistent, and outcome-focused. We provide schools with a reliable pastoral partner to help students build resilience, improve attendance/focus, and cultivate positive behaviour patterns.

SEND friendly

We have some training or experience of Special Educational Needs & Disabilities and are able to accommodate children with low-level needs, we do not offer 1:1. Contact us to discuss how we can support your child.
