About the venue

Space 01 can be hired solely or combined with Space 02 which features a fabulous semi-automatic dividing wall. The opening of this wall converts both spaces into one, with a serving hatch in both areas.

Space 01 and 02 accommodate up to 250 standing guests. The entire venue offers capacity for 329 standing or 200 seated guests, with extended opening times available upon request. Our main entrance is off Sheepcote Road, next to St John the Baptist Church via the high silver-grey railings gate. Satnav: HA1 2JE. Unloading: Outside the gate via the layby, 15 minutes is allowed.

We are happy to consider discounts for voluntary organisations where we can, who may have limited budgets.

In the Kitchen (available for cooking and food preparation), there are stainless steel surfaces, a 6-burner range electric cooker, food & drink fridges, a stainless steel plate warmer, a commercial dishwasher and a microwave.

If planning a large celebration, i.e. wedding reception, we would recommend you hire a space for costume/wedding garment changes or to keep wedding valuables for the duration or a few hours.

There are baby changing facilities in all our powder rooms.
