About the venue

Space 03 is a self-contained modern space, with high linear windows which allow natural light to stream in. It has blinds and access to a mini-planted courtyard area, which is fabulous in the summer months.

This event space also has a self-contained modern kitchenette, the shape of the room allows a totally flexible layout for a small conference, board meeting, hot-desking, breakout session or other type of fun group gathering. Our main entrance is off Sheepcote Road, next to St John the Baptist Church via the high silver-grey railings gate. Satnav: HA1 2JE. Unloading: Outside the gate via the layby, 15 minutes is allowed.

Space 03 accommodates up to 79 standing guests.

In the Kitchen (fixed fees - food preparation £45.00 or cooking £80.00 available), there are stainless steel surfaces, a 6-burner range electric cooker, food & drink fridges, a stainless steel plate warmer, commercial dishwasher & commercial microwave. If you need more than a kitchenette you can book use of the main kitchen.
